Are you measuring just the sub? Or the sub with the main speakers? It could be the main speakers that are causeing a dip in the 32hz-47hz region.
I had a similar problem @ ~70-80hz, ended up being a phase issue and corrected my phase AND xover adjustment on my main front spreakers.
