subwoofer port help

I am just getting started building my first sub and i've got a couple of questions for those of you whove been through this before. I've modeled everything out in WinISD and it looks like i want to use a 4" port flared on both ends that's a little over 25" long. My box is 8 cu ft after all bracing, driver and port but due to box dimensions i need to bend the port inside the box. is there anyone out there offering ports with a 90 degree bend or will i need to go to the local home depot and get a pvc angle bend? Also, having read Collo's works and discussion of ports, if i want to get ports from precision ports or others, are their ports of compatible thickness with standard pvc so as to be able to use a 90 degree bend i could get from home depot or others?

thanks all. i'll be posting updates and pix as i actually get started on construction.

Josh
