| Re: Home recording studio acoustics questions Just for clarity and future reference, the exercise we just went through is normally best performed prior to doing any treatment. This allows us to get the best response and concentrate on what's left.
Also, sometimes, if the treatments are doing their job, they can mask issues that you'd see otherwise. This is OK, but it's nice to avoid as much as possible up front and make things much easier to address.
