Hello, all i'm enjoying the forum, a little about myself i'm a mgr. at a local cable provider, i don't have a dedicated room for my setup so its not as nice as most of yours but i'm proud just the same. i look forward to participating in the forum if my knowledge of catv can be useful to anyone please feel free to ask.

The Yamaha speakers came with a HT in the box i bought about 15yrs ago they will be upgraded in future. The Bose 301s were bought new in 1984 (I was a 10th grader so i guess i've dated myself now)

The Yamaha receiver in bedroom isn't connected no speakers. yes it's the HT in the box receiver.
Also i'll save everyone the comments i know "BOSE no highs no lows" but i've been pleased plus i went to too many metal concerts back in the day.
