As an example, if I raise the tune to 13Hz then the Transfer function magnitude graph develops a peak at the low end of the curve. I'm not sure how to interpret that. After that, getting the port velocity down to something reasonable becomes an issue. If you have the data, can you try to change the tune to see if you're getting the same results?
