Temporary Screen Solution

I have a question. I have a Optoma HD70 projector in a light controled room. I have really enjoyed the threads on the DIY laminate screens and would like to construct one myself but my wife and I plan on moving in the not to distant furture and would hate to spend that kind of money when hopefully I can project a bigger image in the furture. I went looking for a 4x8 piece of polywall thinking it would be a cheap tempoary screen but couldn't find it. I can't paint one because we will be trying to sell the house soon. I found a piece of white tile board I figured I could use but there's some pretty bad hot spoting on it. Is there anything I can do to elimanate it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
