Probably something along the lines of not enough sales... the availablility of cheaper Chinese manufactured speakers etc etc
Not to mention the number of speakers that currently exist in the US market... Besides their subs were expensive... Now you get what you pay for but it still positioned them in an bad position
Poor TC but in reality thats the way it is... America no longer has an advantage over the Asian powerhouses in such manufactured goods and there for cannot compete... So they go bankrupt
