Efficiency Bandwidth Product is a rule of thumb, especially when the EPB is do close to the margin. If it was extremely skewed to one or the other, then it is indicative. But this is not the case. To really find out, a thorough examination of modeled behavior needs to be done -- which I have - and the driver will perform superior in all relevant aspect when used in a properly ported/
