Suppose the total height will be 47 inches. Subtract the baseplate, 4 inch legs and the endcaps leaves 39.25 inches for sub volume.
16 inch tube = 119 liters internal volume
18 inch tube = 153 liters
20 inch tube = 190 liters
22 inch tube = 230 liters
24 inch tube = 275 liters

From the above volumes, the volume of the sub and port must be subtracted to find the net volume of the enclosure.

You mentioned a LLT. The smallest volume for a LLT would be 12.5 cubic feet for an IXL-18. If the tube has a maximum height of 47 inches, then the diameter would have to be 28 inches. If you could state the maximum diameter of tube you would be willing to use, it would help to narrow it down. The net volume will determine what sub to use.
