For finding the L*a*b* and RGB values I use in my Spectral Reflectance Charts, I copy the output from my spectrophotometer into the spreadsheet that can be found at the link above by clicking on the
MATH button at the top of the page and then on the
Calculators and Spreadsheets link.
There is loads of good stuff at Lindbloom, but almost all of it is above my poor cognitive abilities.
