Benefits
- You don't loose as much floor space because they are thinner than standard 2x4 + drywall construction.
- Easy and fast to install
- absorbs sound

Drawbacks
- Expensive
- Need to use proprietary materials to complete the job (eg: electrical boxes)
- Has to be installed by a Owen's Corning contractor (I think?)
- Ugly seams
