I've set my speakers up to be within 1ms of each other. Be aware that your processor might not adjust the delay of the speaker you are adjusting distance for. I needed to bring my right rear in line with the rest. When I adjusted the distance of that I got no change, but all the other speakers moved. So you get a better understanding of how your processor add delay too, which might be useful sometime. Especially for sub/mains integration.
