I just purchased a 120" SilverFrame fixed screen with the High Gain material but was very disappointed with the gain. The brightness is similar to what I was getting from projecting the image on my wall. The viewing angle is also uniform all the way to 80 degrees in each direction. I have a smaller Da-Lite 1.3 gain screen which is much brighter than this one.

I was just wondering if they packed the wrong screen material. The model number on the carton shows that it should have been the High Gain.

Any idea how to determine if this is really the High Gain screen? I also noticed in your comparison shots with the CineWhite material on top of the High Gain material that there seems to be little difference in brightness between the two. Can you explain why this is?
