Now that you've had your screen up for a while, have you noticed any additional warping of the frame or the screen itself becoming less flat? Did you end up redoing your frame/masking for something flatter? I've had a very difficult time finding straight poplar (and an honest salesperson ). I think I might go with MDF. It's straight and cheap... though a bit heavy. If I seal it and brace it reasonably well, I don't think warping will be an issue.
