| Re: The SWAMP! - Volume One morning all, first of 2 days off for me too. Couple of full weeks in front of me before we split for Xmas. then I get a month off I am off to take my sons to a model train exhibition today, I reckon there is no better felling than a day out as a family, no stress, no problems (that can't be overcome easily) just quality time as a family. | Re: The SWAMP! - Volume One Yup... I think he is. It looked like it was a of a game though... from what previews I saw. There were a lot of surprises yesterday. ![]() | ||||

| Re: The SWAMP! - Volume One College American Football. My team, UC Berkeley (aka California, aka Cal) lost to a team they should have not have. For good or ill, I get a bit invested in these games. JCD | ||||

| Re: The SWAMP! - Volume One Evening all! drf: How was the model train exhibition? Loved model trains as a kid, probably still would now if I had the time and didn't have this addiction to music and HT. JCD: Frustrating when your team loses. We (South-Africa) lost to Ireland on Saturday playing rugby union, never a good thing. Will admit in getting some enjoyment seeing England, defending world champions lose their seventh consecutive game. Anybody here follow the rugby at all? The rugby world cup is on next year and while I hope we win it looks as though the All Blacks (New Zealand) will be the team to beat. 1995 2007 | ||||

| Re: The SWAMP! - Volume One The trains were brilliant, I managed to get another room in the house to dedicate to model trains now , My 5 year old has beeen over excited the last 2 days about getting a model train setup like the ones on display.don't follow the rugby that closely but I reckon the wallaby's will have a faircrack at the all blacks. JCD, I know how you feel, my team Sydney (Australian rules Football) lost the grandfinal by 1 point this year. ![]() "Until mankind is peaceful enough not to have violence on the news, there's no point in taking it out of shows that need it for entertainment value." - Clueless The imperative is to make a subjective study an objective fact. | ||||

| Re: The SWAMP! - Volume One Good morning! I reckon the Wallabies are in with a chance as are the Springboks and the All Blacks, do not really see any other team winning it though France are hosts which will give them some advantage, they did however lose 47-3 at home against the All Blacks over the weekend. Being slightly biased (I am a Saffer) I would love a Springbok-All Blacks final though that probably is just a pipe dream. 1995 2007 | ||||
