Let's not forget the Monkeyballz! It's a mushroom cap stuffed with cheese then cheese stuffed sausage wrapped in bacon. Would have done this in one post but can only load one photo after updating my phone.

I have the same problem uploading photos. Your family definitely eats well Brandon! I haven't smoked anything in a long time and I need to remedy that.

That was just snacks for my lunch for a couple days. My parents came by with a ham and all the fixings but I still wanted to smoke something while I had some time! I must admit we do spend a lot on groceries.

Re: Grillers and grilling

B-one, thanks for the link

http://amazingribs.com/

I have always used a 22" Weber. Do indirect heat often. I used the fuse method this weekend on some ribs & it worked out great. Should have snapped some pictures. What a great website, thanks again.

Thanks for putting up for others! I'm not smart enough! I like the straight forward approach they use on the site.

The Amazing Ribs website was one of the first i found when i started trying to improve my BBQ skills.
Good stuff there.
The Virtual Weber Bullet website has pretty good info for Weber Smoky Mountain owners.

Sunday chicken

Just a chicken, it's done at an oddball time since we had a big lunch.
Guess I will find out how it holds up later.
