Yes, Last winter was brutal and long we had snow on the ground from mid October all the way to mid April (unusually long). So far its been average temperatures with little to no snow.

This very moment it's -35 where I am. With the wind chill it's -44. Spring can't come soon enough!

Re: It's CCCCCOLD!!!!

Even though I read it earlier everytime I read that your temps get that low it still amazes me. The coldest I think we got this winter just gone was 3 or 4 degrees. We have already had a couple of 30 degree days and only just hit summer 6 days ago.

Yes is cold ...last night driving top down was 56F,

Sorry to make a joke of your weather, but that's why I like SoCal, the coldest I think is on the 30's (except on the mountains)

Re: It's CCCCCOLD!!!!

Wow this cold weather is reaching a long way south, I hear on the news that southern California and Nevada had snow and may get even more.
This December is going into the record books here as being the coldest ever.

Anybody else having snow and you rarely do?

That's true ....I live in front of the mountains, most of the time you can see the snow but never that low

Usually it snows from 5500' and above, but last time I heard it was from 4000'

Don't get me started!!!! If you remove the politicians and greeny pessimists, not only will you find it hard to get hold of empirically repeatable evidence but what you do get will be fairly benign at the best of times.

Not very cold here, we are into summer though it is still wet with average temps around 18-25 C.

Re: It's CCCCCOLD!!!!

Mike P. posted a pic of my house and shop.

I live between Houston and Galveston and we've only had snow like this about 4 or 5 times since moving here in 1992. Hmmmm.....global warming and a climate change? The raindeer are dying off because of the hard freezes, quick thaws, then quick freezes. This keeps them from getting to the vegetation they need to survive. Our weather is taking a turn for sure, regardless of what the oil giants and the deep pockets are saying.

Mike
