| What does your user name stand for? Mazer asking me why I used "jvc" here, got me to thinking. What does your user name stand for? Parts of my HT are JVC brand. That's why I use it at some places. emoxley, is what he's used to seeing. That's my real name, and I use it at 3-4 other places. What's your story? Do you use any other names, at other sites?  | |||

| Re: What does your user name stand for? Otto is my last name. At other sites, I sometimes have to append something to "Otto", as it's usually taken already. OttoMatic is one I use frequently. I'm OttoSpiral at AVS (I had to pick something and a spiral thing was the first thing that caught my eye). -- Otto | |||

| Re: What does your user name stand for? l as in first letter of Leonard caillo as in first six letters of Caillouet lcaillo is the user name that was assigned to me at LSU on the UNIX system there and I have used it ever since in other email addresses, IM, and forums. It is convenient because it is unique enough that no one else usually has it already. | Re: What does your user name stand for? The first time I registered to a forum on the internet was when I ordered my toy (see avatar) .... The model name is "Solstice" .... so I used: SALVA-SOL ... this means: Salvadorean Solstice, because I'm originally from El Salvador (Central America) ... I use the same name in all forums. | |||

| Re: What does your user name stand for? Nickname my brother gave me was 'Cracky' which developed from him asking me if I was 'on crack' because I had bad hyperactivity when I was younger. The 'Flipside' part managed to make its way onto the nickname because that was the name I would always put for game saves. | |||

| Re: What does your user name stand for? In the beginning there was MCA Discovision, and the shiny, bizarre Magnavox Discovsion player. Since then came LaserDiscs and Compact Audio Discs and CD-ROMs and MiniDiscs and DVDs and now HD DVDs and... well I've owned dozens and dozens of these things over the years; have thousands of discs of all types still. I think I'm "certifiable"!  | |||
