I'm going to call foul on someone- yesterday, there were two 'someone's is more annoying', and today there are 24. Out of 43 total views.

Now, I know this is a 'play' area, but if mods or others are abusing polls, they're not going to be much good.

Might have to force the voter names to be viewable when you check the poll results. I'm abstaining from voting since I sometimes like the changing avatars othertimes not.

I did change the avatar a little though. It is smaller and it only changes every 30 seconds. You shouldn't notice the rotation near as often, unless it takes you forever to read my diddly squat post.

I was wondering how long it would take for you to notice... I initially changed it to 100, then back to I thought 25, but musta not paid much attention and hit the 4 instead of a 5.

Oh... and just for the record, I would never fudge a poll in the main forums.

Generally I'd say it's good to show who voted, but then some folks might not vote for personal reasons. Also... for the record... admins and I think mods too, can see who voted on these polls via modcp... so it's still not 100% private. Not that it would matter to me because I respect a persons right to vote however they so desire. Admins and mods should never announce who voted or comment about how someone voted if it is private.
