Hi! I'm a newbie and shorted my speaker wires which superficially damaged the speaker board (why don't they have fuses?) and then had it repaired and not knowing (still!) at that time I had a shorted speaker wire proceeded to blow it all up again!!!!
Then, as the story goes, I had a friend who said he could fix it-and I still believe he could! However, he decided to move quite peremptorily and who knows where my speaker board is now. Anyway, to cut a short story long there may be other damage in the unit which is of course minus the speaker board.
I know the processors in there are quite valuable to a skilled audio rebuilder but....what am I gonna do with it????
I'm gonna ask for $100.00 O.B.O. plus shipping using PPal but if there are any specific components you may want which I would have to work at removing then PM me.
Sale is for unit and power cord only.
PS Now my friend has returned the pre-amp but on re-assembly still no joy.
