Re: Mach 5 Audio IXL-15 Upgrade

I don't think so Mike! I ran out of time last week. As soon as I get the new grill made and installed, the Pioneer sticker will come off. Gotta find out if Mach 5 Audio has a sticker.

We're all in this together!

A stick on logo may look cheap on your nice looking sub. I have my gold nameplates made for my speakers at a trophy and engraving shop. It really sets off the look and is inexpensive to have made. They will make a single one for you. Just a thought.....

If it is too loud, then you may be too old!

I have some left over B-Quiet for padding your doors Mike if you want to buy it. I got a roll and only used about 10 feet of it, sold some to a friend and still have leftovers. Let me know if you're interested...

Re: Mach 5 Audio IXL-15 Upgrade

I appreciate that, but for a work truck, it is plenty good enough, especially with the foam baffel cups adding to the sound quality......

I've been on the road for the past 31 hours without sleep and went to someplace that doesn't exist in central Alabama. I grabbed some of Sonnie's stuff and had the honor of meeting him.

See ya and thanks again.

My first sub was a pioneer from walmart. 75 bucks. same stamped frame and short magnet with a huge pole vent and hyper extended... learned a lot messing with that sub!
