You can use 6 - 6.5 litres as standard, 1 litre is = to 61 cu. inch.
This volume is not going to make very big difference.
The factory T/s parameters are big issue.
To make accurate box you need to use accurate t/s parameters.
This is possible by testing speaker for T/s parameters by you.

Whether or not the volume displaced by the woofer makes a big difference depends on what portion of the total box volume you're talking about. If you're making a large-volume vented box, and your woofer displacement ends up being 1/10 or less of the gross internal volume it's much less of an effect than if you're making a small sealed box and the woofer displacement is more like 1/3.

The actual effect is a raising or lowering of the tuning point of the box.
