Sub Phase Control

Is there such a product out there that does just phase control...

I would need one for each of my upcoming DIY subs.

If you are without a phase shift control, it is quite acceptable to substitute the time delay of the subwoofer output of the reciever - and much preferred than adding extra electronics. Of course this won't allow independant control of each sub, but would be fine if you were to co-locate them. Swapping driver leads would offer a 180 degree shift.

Re: Sub Phase Control

Thanks Bruce.... I do now have phase control indepent for each sub...
I have 2 svs subs, and a SMS-1, which also implements adjustable phase control. My subs are located on the right rear corner and front left.
Adjusting my subs phase control showed drastic changes on the SMS.

Velodyne issued a firmware update for the SMS, supposedly fixing the problematic drastic early rolloff and distortion problem,(tests pending) but reports are coming in that they got it right now. Also having adjustable highpass filter down to 5hz, the only thing Im lacking is independant phasing.

I was intending on keeping the SMS but I don't want to lose independent phasing with my upcoming Dual 320L 15" TC2K's... I know the H@lf box will have it, and the eD eQ.2 will as well. I really don't want to introduce more electronics into the mix, but feel phasing is something I don't want to be without...

So are there any other alternatives for just Phase Control..?
