Yeah! That wasn't quite the one I was thinking of but it has the same basic stuff. The one I remember was all about DVC subwoofers and had that plus some other info.

I think you should order another ED and wire them parallel for 4ohms. You're at $140 for drivers. You could build two corner cabinets of 3 cubes each ported and tuned to 21hz. For $200 more get two PE amps with 6db boost to correct for the db's you're losing from the slope created by the high Le of this sub (see car subs ). At that point you're $40 over your original budget and now you have enough for your room. Just a tip-those drivers can easily take about double the wattage your supplying them so an EP1500 at $80 more than the two PE amps would really get things going.
