| Cleanbox mod question I just got back form my local electronic component store and picked up some new caps for my cleanbox. I bought two types because I forgot which ones are better. The first is a 63V 1uF Metal Polyester Box Capacitor that was 3 bucks for 2. The second is a 50V 1uF Ceramic Cap that was 5 bucks for 2. Which is the better choice here? | ||||

| Re: Cleanbox mod question Well I decided to use the 63V 1uF Metal Polyester Box Capacitors. Here is how it looks now: ![]() This is the in room response before: ![]() And this is after the mod: ![]() Haven't listened to anything normal yet but it doesn't look much different. I think I had the levels set at 75dB before and 80dB this time though. Well after only a few minutes of music I can definately hear more bass and I am liking it a alot ![]() Last edited by Canadian_Dude; 07-19-08 at 07:04 PM.. | ||||
