I would be happy to win a 8" sub, let alone this beast!!
If I did win either an 8" sub, or this, I would either have to give my dad my Mal-X, and take the 21" (or even give him the 21", whichever one he wants), or build him a box for an 8" sub, buy him an amp, and give it to him as a Christmas present He would love that. He's always wanted a sub for his garage, but doesn't want to spend over like $150 :P . Although, I have never had good luck a winning raffles. I have won maybe one out of the many ones I have been at a raffle for R/C Car racing.
One thing is for sure; I would need the HT version becuase my parents especially won't want me having a IB sub.
How would this sub fill a 1575 sq. ft. motorhome garage?

LOL you don't know me my room has 48620 cm^2 total VD mind that's with 18" and 9kw

So this is the 21" version with a gen 1 Maelstrom-X coil and gap heights, but you stiffened up the suspension for durability? Or is this just byproduct of lower moving mass? Did you do anything else different with the motor, like shrink the OD(not likely) or skip the shorting rings? Where are the pix eh? How about a peek at this sexy beast.
