Kicker C12 4ohm Sub newbie questions

i have no manual for it, i think its not have this filter.

can i check visualy if it has a highpass filter ( this is subsonic, right ? )
i checked the manual for kicker c12, its says that i can install c12 driver to ported box without subsonic filter, but power handling is 75watt maximum.

Thanks to all, today i received my kicker C12 , installed it in the box that i say, now its powers from kenwood HT amplifier, the bass are amazing ( for me ), later i will try to power it from car amplifier, i need to buy some cables

i checked in israel the lowest price for mono amplifier (Lightning Audio B2.250.1 ) is 200$
and for Rockford P3001 its 230$, may be letter i will buy it. now im thinking about to get a coaxial cable from receiver to amplifier, becouse when i turn lights in my house from sub sounds low freqency CLICK, if i light up flurocent lamp its sound a few time until lamp light up completely
