Actually I'd hope that the drinks wouldn't vibrate at all. There shouldn't be any vibrations on the sides/top/bottom/whatever. That's why people use bracing.

I like the idea of adding some bar grills to your bar sub. Maybe something similar to the ones Nathan Funk used on the custom LMS5400 would be good?

That's an interesting bar grill (I think I found the one you were talking about). Beyond my DIY skill, but possible for a machinist I know. Probably some 1x1's with speaker cloth stretched over them held on by magnets - that is something more my skill level.

Yeah, I'd want some kind of driver protection for sure, especially if you'll have little hands wandering around soon. Plus you never know when someone is going to lean on the bar and accidentally put a knee or foot into one of the drivers.
