It only takes up a bit over 4 cubic feet, so that's my plus for this small room of mine.

The roll-off looks a little steep to me. Even in a closed 11' x 12' room I doubt you'll get enough room gain for that sub's FR to get close to flat.

I agree with the above post. My room roughly measures 13'x10'. I still find, that corner loading any non-eqed sealed sub may yield up to 4-5 db per octave gain, not enough to discontinue the use of EQ in this room if the goal is sub 20hz bass.
