Well where do you have them stored? If they're here at the Shack they have to be resized before putting them here. If you have them at Photobucket you can resize them on Photobucket. I believe we have software built within the board that automatically drops it down to a 1024 width. And then folks can click on it to get the full size image.

Re: Help posting pics in Gallery please.......

I moved this to the appropriate forum.

You must have some awfully big images if they are too large for here.

How did you get them on your computer? Many times the software you use will allow editing of the size.

You can upload your images to Photobucket and resize them there, but you will have to follow instructions they provide... we do not have them here. One you get them resized to the maximum allowed here you can upload them here by typing in the URL of the photo from Photobucket in the upload form in the Gallery.

You may even be able to find a free image editing software program at Downloads.com ...

Once you get them sized properly... here are instructions on getting them into the thread.

Hi Sonnie,

You might not have realised that the image links are broken on that instructions post.

Here is a freeware program that will resize your photos to an acceptable size so you can upload them. Resize a pic to 800x600 and see how it works.

We're all in this together!

Thanks Tony... and no, I did not even realize it. It seems we have some issues with Photopost, which is nothing abnormal. It has been the biggest pain we have had and the support is like pulling hind teeth to get straight answers. I will work on it over the next few days.

Once you get your images re-sized, you can still upload them via the upload link in our gallery. The technical issues should not effect you.
