Do you just want to include them in a particular post, or do you want to add them as part of the photo gallery?

Yeah... where are the images located at this point, on your computer or are they already uploaded to the Internet somewhere?

I've moved this to Forum Help.

This thread can help. It shows how to post graphs for the BFD/REW Forum, but the concept is the same. Just make sure your picture is no more than 800 pixels, and upload as the instructions show. As far as how to get the pics off of the camera - can't help you there. I have my wife do that stuff for me.

Regards,
Wayne

You can follow that thread that Wayne linked, but as he says you need to make sure you limit the width of the images to 800 pixel. The system will automatically downsize them to 800 pixels wide, but the quality is better if you have a program to do it before you upload them.

If you want somewhere to upload your images and store them on the Internet... you can use our Image Gallery. Just click on Upload Photos and follow the instructions. Once you get them all uploaded, you can then navigate to each photo and you will see a link that you can use to post the image in your posts.

Re: How To Put Dig. Photoes On ???????????

Okay, that was a lazy answer I gave you. I decided to get my digital camera and see if I could figure it out. Here’s the scoop:

First turn on the camera and plug it into a USB port on the computer. You should get a window showing viewing options. Select “View files in Window Explorer.”

When the next window opens for “Removable Disc”, click on the folder. On the left you should see an icon that says “Move this folder.” Click on that, and send the folder where you want it stored on your computer.

If you would rather save particular pictures rather than the whole folder, open the folder so that you get thumbprints of the pictures. Any picture you click on, you will be able to “Move” to where you want it, via an icon on the left.

After you get the pictures on the computer, you can open them in Microsoft Office Picture Manager and re-size them crop them, adjust color, etc.

Once you get them ready to upload, you can refer to my previous post.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Wayne
