I recently signed up to be a member of this forum. During the sign up process, it asks to not use Yahoo or Hotmail accounts(I forget why). So I had to use my work email address. Now, I have never given my work email address out to anyone, as I don't use it to communicate. Basically use it for a way for the company to communicate with me.

Since I've signed up with this forum, my work email has been flooded with spam about russian girls, growing certain parts of the body 2+ inches, and of course the little blue pill.

I'm not upset by this, as I simply delete them as they come in. But I did want to bring this to your attention in case something has slipped through the cracks.

Let me add that I am not blaming this web site. The company's system could have been accessed around the same time, and it could be a coincidence. Either way, just thought I'd let you guys know about it in case it did come from this end.

Just to clarify... we do not prohibit use of Yahoo or Hotmail accounts. We simply warn you that they may not work well.

I have a specific email address I use when I need to submit one to access applications or forums. I rarely use that email account becasue of spam. It is something I reccomend everyone do.
