Hitachi projector TV 43FDX15B convergence problem

Hello, I am having problems with the Hitachi 43FDX15B projection TV convergence. I have a blue and yellow streak that is 4 to 5 inches wide going across the screen near the top of the screen. Need some help in resolving this problem. Thanks in advance for any help.
