| hitachi 43FDX11B RED A friend gave me this TV which worked fine. I took it outside to blow out the dust and when i got it back in the picture was bad. i found the manual online and went into the convergence adjustment and the red adjustment will only adjust UP and DOWN will not adjust left and right.the blue adjustment is good all directions. I just found this forum and appears to be the best i've ever found.. THANKS Robert... | ||||

I suggest you read the first ten posts of the convergence repair sticky very carefully: http://www.hometheatershack.com/forums/diy-repair-maintenance/5600-crt-based-rptv-convergence-repairs.html Be sure to pay attention to testing the resistors and get the right parts from a reliable vendor.
