Direct the Party for Cheaper Than You Think

Logitech has just dropped the Wireless DJ Music System, a device that allows you to stream music from your PC or digital audio source to any speaker source in your home, without needing to set up a wireless network. The remote will show you track listings and album art, and communicates with everything from iTunes to WMP11 to Internet radio stations.

You've likely seen these features before in a popular device that Must Not Be Named (lest they send PR ninjas after me in my sleep). The breakthrough of this system is that it's priced at about a quarter of "the other device" and provides pretty much the same functionality point-for-point.

If you're throwing a house party anytime soon, this thing is a great way to direct the party without breaking the bank. No sense in paying over a grand to save yourself the trouble of fighting through a living-room crowd back to the PC in order to turn off the Cher you forgot you left in your playlist.
