While browsing Google News, I found the damndest thing: an article I wrote and published on September 16, re-published on "Smart House" web site in Australia 4 days later, with our copyright text and image, but with a different author's name.

The directy rotten scoundrels. The good news is that I reported them to Google DMCA copyright complaint department (so the page will be removed from the Google index), filed a formal copyright violation complaint with their web hosting company, and e-mailed all their advertisers directly notifying them of the copyright violation. David Richards, "content thief," will not get away with it this time..

Amazing that you found that article... and it really does make you wonder how many of his articles he has actually written. Wow! Talk about embarassing.

Also makes you wonder how many others out there may be copying your artitcles or other people's articles.
