Your idea might be easier. I would be concerned about ruining your Bass traps because then they would be "High" traps. It does bring up an interesting question. Would the cables change the resonant frequencies in a room so that the room vibrates in a different manner?

C'mon, Brian, you know your physics...adding any mass to a system affects the resonant frequency. Of course if you add the joint, the laws of physics change, at least enough to make those physics tests seem easier.

AAAaaaahhh. I need to refresh my memory and see if Captain Jack can get us high tonight.

That raises another question. Is Torchwood cables the modern version of Norwegian Wood? The reason I ask that is if I use Torchwood cables will I end up sleeping in the bathtub? I get a crick in my neck when I do that.
