How do you keep up with all those remotes... looks like you need a good learning remote...

I put all the remotes I had in the shot, I reall only use 2(avr and cable box) Im kinda old school, like to use the remote for each device. $100 or more for a harmony is too rich for my blood.

I have the URC200 remote - works nicely only bad thing is you have to program it yourself. Once programmed it works great as long as you can show someone else how to use it.

I have a collection of remotes like that...I just love fumbling for buttons in total darkness!!
It amazes me sometimes just how many remote control actions one can remember..I think I would do well if I ever went blind!!...But then of course, I wouldn't be watching movies, so I wouldn't need to remember where all the buttons are...and ..oh well enough raving..

I would guess that you have some pretty solid sound going on there...

I press play when i watch a movie and maybe press pause once or twice on the dvd remote. Turn up, down the volume with the avr remote a few times. Its not like its pitch black, got the light from the projector to see. Maybe after I get some real speakers, a better avr, better projector... then maybe I'll buy a fancy remote.

The sound is....ok. The sub ROCKS!!!

Nice gear!

I use to think like you , but after getting a Harmony 880 I don't know how I managed without it , I can only imagine how much better the RF remotes work.
