How to use what I have for my work area stereo?

I have:

two P363 infinity towers
two jl audio 10 inch subwoofers

I was considering a pair of crown xls 1002's to power it all? Prob a lot more power than any of the speakers could take but if you're not cooking the voice coils then what's the harm

What to use to take signal from my bluetooth device and send it to the amps? I heard the new xxx2 crown xls now support .7 and 1.4 inputs.. true / easy to get full power out now w/o extra stuff?

Thanks in advance for any advice

Ideally you would want a mixer or some sort of receiver that would distribute the sound to the amps. If you haven't bought the amps I would consider a sterio receiver to power the speakers and then use an external amp for the subs.

Home theater:
Onkyo 805, Yamaha YDP2006EQ, Samson Servo 600 amp
3 EV Sentry 500 monitors across the front, 4 Mission 762i's Surrounds, SVS PB13U sub, Panasonic BDT220, Harmony 1100, Nintendo WiiU
Panasonic PT-AE8000 on a 120" 2,35:1 fixed screen

Living room system:
Sherwood/Newcastle R972, Mission 765's, SVS SBS02's, A/D/S MS3u sub, Yamaha YDG2030EQ
Yamaha KX-393 Tape deck, CDC 805 CD changer, Panasonic BD60, Sony turntable PS-T20
Panasonic TC-P50ST60, HD-PVR & WDTV Live, Harmony 900

I see that I might be in a good place to get a non-hdmi receiver

Would it really push the P363 towers to their fullest?

Would crown xls crossovers really be insufficient?

Why couldn't I just use a 3.5 mm to rca jack cord and then a splitter and run rca's to two crown xls 1002 amps directly off my phone?

I'm not trolling, I'm seriously asking.. why not?

Sure, that would work but if you don't own the amps yet a receiver would be cheaper and give you a lot more flexibility
Yes, driving the two P363 infinity towers with a receiver would be plenty given they are 93db efficient
