Thread Ratings

We have started rating the threads in the Manufacturer and Vendor Reference Information forum. We rate the quantity and quality of the information, NOT any opinion of, nor experience with the vendor. In general, an average rating is given for a basic entry with the company name, web site, physical or mailing address, and toll free phone numbers. Higher or lower ratings are given for more or less useful information.

If you have experience that you would like to relate about a vendor that others may find useful, the place to do so is in a new thread in the Manufacturers Service and Support Forum which is the parent to this sub-forum. Remember, the ratings here are for the information in the thread, not the vendor's support.




Each vendor will be sent a message similar to this one:

Please review your company's entry in the Manufacturer and Vendor Reference Information forum at Home Theater Shack for completeness and correctness. Please submit changes or additions that you feel would improve the information or be useful to our readers and your clients by email to the address in this message. Your link may be found at:
