| BenQ Requires all products to be sent to them for repair. No technical support outside of sending all units back to them. No options for Authorized Service Center or local repair. No service manuals available for release. Will not sell parts for products for outside repair. Will pay freight for products under warranty. Consumer must pay freight for products not under warranty. As a precaution it is suggested you get clarification straight from BenQ regarding service prior to making a purchase decision to buy their products. | |||
