Contacting Manufacturers

I am editing an email that I will send to various manufacturers to solicit information for the forum regarding their policies, service networks, and contacts. If anyone has suggestions regarding the kind of info that we should be trying to get, please let me know. Also, if there are specific manufacturers or vendors that you are interested in, let me know. I have most of them in my contacts, but there are more I am sure. I would have never thought of Lutron, for instance.
