| Mits WD-52327 not powering on or off A friend of mine has a WD-52327 and after removing his front screen assembly to clean the lower mirror, he reassembled the set and the picture was much improved, however he cannot turn the television on or off using the remote or the front panel. If he turns off the surge protector, of course the TV shuts off and his remote will turn on the set after that but it can't be shut off again without killing the power. Any suggestions? | ||||

| Re: Mits WD-52327 not powering on or off Either he had a very large coincidence with a failure timed with dissassembling the set or he did not get something back together correctly. I'd be looking for a crimped wire to the control pannel, a connector pulled loose, or a stuck button. Something tying up the micro like a switch on the control panel that is depressed could maybe cause such a problem. ______________________ Why I support scouting...
