VS-5055 at least 15 minutes for video to come on

I have a vs5055 that works great after leaving it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Audio works instantly when first powerd up but video takes a real long time the sceen stays completely dark then it pops in after the warm up period. Any idea on what could be causing this type of problem?

Bad solder connections or bad capacitors. These sets have been known to have both.
