IC Convergence replacement WS-55511

I am replacing the IC Convergence and a blown fuse on my WS-55511. I have the chip removed and the PCB board disconnected. I am trying to verify that the bank of 12 resistors are OK. These resistors are labeled 3.9 ohms.... when testing them I read 2.1 ohms on all of them. I have seen in other posts that they may be paralleled. I have not looked at the board to verify this, but if this is the case should I not have read half of 3.9. Does 2.1 mean something different? They all appear to be the same color and look OK and all are reading exactly the same. Thanx

Half of 3.9 is 1.95, add a couple of tenths for lead resistance on your meter or limitations in accuracy of many meters at low ohms and it is right where it should be.

Be sure to use one of the suggested vendors in the parts distriutor thread, like Acme or B&D.
