Anyone know anything about screens from Focupix or Elite Screens? They both have very affordable motorized screens...just wondering about the quality at such low prices.

Can't say that I have. I have a Wilsonart screen. Have you seen one of these locally chas? If so where? I have some screen samples that I'm reviewing but they're Carada, Da-Lite and HoloVega. Sorry I cannot be of more help. I'll have to add them to my next round of calling and pleading for samples.

Haven't heard of Focupix, but Elite is like any other non-tab-tensioned screen and will develop waves. Performance wise, I haven't heard of a lot of people that were impressed with Elite, but it certainly makes for an inexpensive base for customizing the screen. Tiddler has experience modifying electric retractable screens.

No, I've only seen them online at visualapex, htdepot and tigerdirect.
