| REW DBFS Just wondering how accurate the DBFS output level is in REW. For example I have calibrated my system using AVIA on my HTPC with PowerDVD, to be at reference level 85db. When I use REW I set the output level at -20 DBFS, but the signal is 6db hotter then the calibration, and that is with only one speaker playing. So I have to lower the output to -26dbfs for 80db. Just wondering if anyone has seen this before. I am using Vista and all volume sliders are at max. Thanks | |||

| Re: REW DBFS The volume sliders and gains are set at the same level. I have tested with Powerdvd 7.0 and Powerdvd 8.0. Maybe there is something going on with powerdvd? I was using Avia through powerdvd which is -20dbfs. | |||
