Help with REW, RCA to XLR connection question.

I have the following equipment so far


Nady cm-100
micro power phantom power supply (+48V for the nady)
USB sound blaster card
Notebook
REW software loaded.

Can I just connect my USB sound card to the phantom power supply using just a RCA to XLR cable?

No, you require a microphone preamp. The MicroPower is simply a phantom power supply. You require a preamp to bring the low level of the microphone up to line level before you feed the soundcard.
