| Need clarification on my response ... I need your help understanding my frequency response ... I'm a little ![]() When we setup REW to test the FR, we use a target of 75db, Right??? ... here is a graph of my final setup. Using 75db as target ... ![]() Using 80db target ![]() Using 85db target ![]() I know that my FR is higher than the target ... but, How this affect my experience??? ... I like the bass a little higher than the rest of the frequencies (When a set the reference level I always set the sub 5-7db higher )I've seen some nice graphs (close to the target) ... not like mine ![]() Are this results good or What do you recommend to change??? ![]() | ||||

You aren't setting up the REW levels correctly, so the response level isn't changing between measurements. Be sure to set 75dB at the listening position and then run the REW SPL calibrate SPL routine, so that the actual SPL is reflected in REW. Then try running the Set Target level routine. It should return at approximately 75dB if all is correct. Then run your measrement. If you like the sub a little higher, use the receivers internal test tones and set the bass a little higher. brucek | |||||
