EMU 0404 internal sound card HELP!

This is all new to me and Im trying to figure out the proper setting on my sound card so I can run some test on my new Acoupower 15" ported sub. So far I have my RS digital meter going to the right imput of the sound card and the right out put going to my ep2500 amp. When I try to calibrate my sound card I can get sound but REW is not hearing it.

Im not sure what else to say to everyone to better assit me but Im here and ready to troubleshoot.

You calibrate the soundcard with a loopback cable going from the right line-out to the right line-in. Remove all other cables except that. When the calibration is finished and the soundcard cal file is saved, you remove the loopback and plug your other cables in the right channels where the loopback was..
